These terms form an agreement between Sovereign Guild Clothiers and every client or visitor who books an appointment, places an order, or uses our website. By doing any of these, you agree to follow them.

Sovereign Guild Clothiers creates bespoke men's suits, shirts, and accessories by appointment only. Each garment is made specifically for you, so we reserve time for every consultation, measurement session, and fitting.

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or by email.
• Please give at least [48 hours] notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in a booking fee or in our declining future bookings.
• Our team may adjust or decline a design request that cannot be produced to our quality standards.

A custom order becomes final once you approve the design, fabric, and measurements and pay your deposit. Cutting and production begin after that point.

• Total payment is due is due when you place your order.
• Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout or provided at your appointment. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
• Prices are confirmed in your written order and may change if you request design changes after approval.
• Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are added to your total.
• We may decline or reverse a transaction that appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

Because every garment is made to your measurements and specifications, custom orders cannot be resold and are generally final sale.

• Before production: you may cancel within [48 hours] of placing your order, and we will refund your payment less any third-party fees already incurred.
• After production begins: deposits and payments are non-refundable, and the order cannot be cancelled.
• Defects: if a garment arrives with a workmanship defect, tell us within [14 days] of delivery. We will repair or remake it at no charge. This is our sole remedy for defects.
• Change of mind or fit: a change of mind is not grounds for a refund. Reasonable alterations are covered under Section 4.
• Our right to withdraw: we may cancel or withdraw an order or service if materials become unavailable, if payment cannot be completed, or if these terms are violated. If we cancel for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund what you have paid for work not yet completed.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [10 business days].

A great fit depends on accurate information, and we work with you to get it.

• Our team takes your measurements, or you provide them under our guidance. You are responsible for confirming that they are correct before you approve an order.
• Garments made from measurements you supplied yourself are not eligible for remake if the fit is off because of those measurements.
• Your order includes [one round] of adjustments after the first fitting. Further alterations may carry a fee.
• Significant changes in your weight or build during production may affect fit, and any resulting re-measurement or remake is at your cost.
• Alterations that another tailor performs on our garments void any remake or repair offer.

Fine tailoring takes time, and we would rather deliver it right than fast.

• Delivery dates we give are estimates, typically [4-5 weeks] from design approval. Fabric mill delays, shipping, and fitting schedules can extend them.
• Rush service may be available (1.5-2) weeks for an added fee and is not guaranteed.
• Natural fabrics vary in color, texture, and pattern between swatches, screens, and finished garments. We are not responsible for small variations of this kind.
• If your chosen fabric becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund of the affected portion.
• Finished garments not collected within [60 days] of notice may be subject to storage fees, and after [180 days] we may treat the order as abandoned and dispose of the garment without refund.

Our website is provided so you can learn about our work, book appointments, and place orders.

• We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, images, and other content accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. If we find a pricing or description error after you order, we may correct it and give you the choice to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a refund.
• Fabric and garment images are illustrative. Actual colors and details may differ.
• The website may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, technical problems, or events outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or interruptions.

Everything on our website and in our materials belongs to Sovereign Guild Clothiers or its licensors. This includes our name, logo, photographs, text, graphics, and garment designs and patterns.

• You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes if you credit Sovereign Guild Clothiers and do not alter it.
• You may not copy, adapt, reproduce, sell, or use our content or designs commercially without our written permission.
• Custom designs and patterns we create remain our property. Your purchase covers the finished garment, not the right to reproduce the design.
• If you send us photos, sketches, or inspiration images, you confirm that you have the right to share them. You also allow us to use them to make your order.
• With your permission, we may photograph finished garments for our portfolio and marketing. You can decline at any time before photos are taken.

We expect everyone who visits our studio, website, or social channels to be respectful and lawful. You agree not to:

• break any law or use our services for unlawful purposes
• post or send hate speech, harassment, threats, or bullying toward our staff or other clients
• send spam, advertise, or promote other businesses or services
• impersonate another person or submit false information, including false payment details
• attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems

If you violate these rules, we may issue a warning, refuse service, cancel pending orders, or suspend or close any account you hold with us, with or without notice. Where we cancel an order because of your conduct, refunds are at our discretion and are limited to work not yet performed.

We stand behind our craftsmanship, and these limits apply to the extent the law allows.

• Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed events, travel costs, or lost opportunities, even if a delivery date is delayed. Please allow extra time before any occasion you are tailoring a garment for.
• We are not liable for errors or omissions in website content, or for losses from website downtime, as described in Section 6.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier or shipping delays, natural disasters, and public health restrictions.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our website applies to orders placed after the update date, and orders already placed remain under the terms in effect when you placed them. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
